Stress Relief menu items were created to help decrease your anxiety levels, while at the same time provide you with some mental and physical nourishment. The folic acid found in foods such as broccoli, spinach and asparagus can aid in stress reduction. Milk can help boost your serotonin levels while omega-3 fats found in fish such as salmon, sardines and tuna can help to manage adrenaline levels.
Healthy Heart
Healthy Heart menu items were developed with your heart and health in mind. A healthy diet and lifestyle are your best weapons in the fight against heart disease. These menu items emphasize increased consumption of fresh fruit and vegetables, lean protein options that are roasted, steamed, baked or broiled, are abundant in whole grains, low in sodium and limit the unhealthy fats, saturated and trans fat, as well as cholesterol to provide you with menu options that benefit not only your heart, but your overall health.

Fresh and Local menu items are designed to enhance your dining experience by offering food items featuring the best of what’s in season.
Through our FarmSource program, we seek to purchase at least 20% of our food from local farmers and producers within a 150-mile radius.
The rewards are twofold: our guests enjoy fresh, wholesome, familiar foods while we support the local agricultural community.

Energy and Metabolism
Energy and Metabolism menu items were designed to provide you with a boost of energy and to keep your metabolism working all day long. These menu items focus on natural, unprocessed food, high in complex carbohydrates (whole grains), low in sugar, high in antioxidants (Fruits and Vegetables) and offers protein that is lean to provide your muscles and body with the energy it needs to get through the day.
Hydration
Hydration menu items focus on foods that have a high water content or items that meet your hydration needs. Often times thirst is misread by your body as hunger. It is important to stay hydrated throughout your day to avoid the temptation of over eating. Foods such as cantaloupe, watermelon, strawberries, tomatoes, zucchini and lettuce have a high water percentage.
Weight Management
Weight Management menu items were developed to provide you with delicious choices that help you feel full longer and curb your cravings. Beans and raw fruits are high in fiber and slow to digest which help you feel full longer. These menu items focus on lean protein, high fiber, fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains.

Brain Fuel menu items are crafted to fuel your brain with the nutrients it needs to help you function at your best. Your brain is fueled by glucose, a form of Carbohydrate. Muscle and Joint Health menu items concentrate on reducing inflammation by incorporating antioxidants such as Vitamin C and Beta-Carotene, Omega 3 Fatty acids and spices such as ginger and turmeric. Healthy Beauty menu items concentrate on providing you with nutritious foods that help your inner beauty shine through. Biotin (a.k.a. vitamin H) can improve hair that is splitting or thinning , as well as strengthen weakened nails. Additionally, antioxidants and vitamin C will keep you looking and feeling your best.
